Deciduous trees are trees that lose their leaves during the cold or dry season, depending on the climate, and remain bare until they grow new leaves each spring. Deciduous trees are often collectively referred to as hardwoods.

Wagner manages 2.7 million acres of forests throughout the Northeast region of the United States and Eastern Canada. All Wagner Forests are managed using sustainable forestry techniques, and over 90% are certified by a recognized certification organization.

The map below illustrates the geographic focus of Wagner’s holdings. In the United States, Wagner mangages forests in the following states: Maine - 1.1 Million Acres; New Hampshire - 150,000 Acres; Vermont - 25,000 Acres; New York - 20,000 Acres. In Canada, Wagner manages forests in Ontario - 845,000 Acres; and Nova Scotia - 500,000 Acres. Click maps to magnify.
