Locally, Wagner employees look forward to engaging students and teachers in educational programs and to participating in uniquely New England events such as the Blackfly Breakfast (sponsored by the University of New Hampshire Cooperative Extension Service.)

Whether in the classroom or in the field, introducing students to our natural world or conducting teacher tours for Project Learning Tree (sponsored by the Maine TREE Foundation), we love to share the wonders of our forest ecosystems and enhance understanding of responsible environmental practices.

On a regional, national and international level, Wagner supports the following organizations that focus on forestry, conservation, education and humanitarian activities.

  • Maine Forest Products Council (MFPC)
  • New Hampshire Timberland Owners Association (NHTOA)
  • Empire State Forest Products Association (ESFPA)
